When you want it changed, or want an app built from your own description, Glassly writes the plan, the screens and the code, compiles and signs the iPhone and Android builds, and sends them to your phone. That work is paid in credits. The Basic plan is $5 a month.

Every template is free. Pick one, name it, set its icon, and it installs on your phone with accounts, a database and file storage already running. No card and no time limit. You pay only when you want something changed or built from scratch. That work uses credits, which is what a plan buys.

Those tools build websites and web apps. Glassly builds native mobile apps: iOS and Android builds with their own icon on your home screen, compiled, signed and delivered to your phone. You can start free from a finished template. If you’ve made something on the web and wished it were an app, this is that.

Not to start. Your first apps run on Glassly's managed backend, with accounts, database and file storage switched on and nothing to sign up for. When you'd rather own the infrastructure, connect your own project and we move the app across.

You do, and you choose when. Apps with an admin side never hand it to whoever signs up first, and no email address gets it automatically. You create your account inside your own app like anyone else, then open Who runs it in the app's settings on Glassly and make your account the admin with one tap. You can add or remove admins from the same page any time.

Changes and new builds. Templates are always free, and credits pay for the work on top: your changes in chat, remixes, and apps built from your own description. Plans differ only in how many credits they include. Every plan builds the same apps the same way, and you can move up a plan when you run low.

Yes. The same pipeline produces the store releases: iPhone builds are delivered to App Store Connect for you, and Android builds come out as the signed package Google Play asks for. You upload that one in the Play Console yourself, and we hand you the links the forms need. The one part that always has to be yours is the developer account. Apple and Google require the publisher to be a real, identified person or company. Apple charges $99 a year and Google a one-off $25 for those accounts (their fees, not ours), and we walk you through the setup step by step.

Yes, as often as you like. Open your app and ask, for example “make it our club colours” or “add a tip jar”. Glassly updates the app and ships the new version to your phone. Changes use credits.

Yes to both. You own your prompts and your generated apps; Glassly claims no ownership of the code. In your app’s settings, “Download my project” gives you a complete Expo (React Native) project, free on every plan: screens, components, your icon and native config, a pinned package list, your database schema and server functions, and a README. Run npm install and npx expo start and it works without us.

Yes. $5 a month (£3.99 in the UK) is the Basic plan. It includes planning, screens, code, backend, native builds, signing and delivery, plus 50 credits for building and changing. Templates stay free. There is no builds add-on and no per-app fee. Bigger plans include more credits and nothing else. You can cancel any time.
